Welcome to Sabre Nation
Welcome to Southside Christian School Athletics, the home of the Sabres! Our competitive athletic program provides opportunities for our students to use their God-given talents with an emphasis on character, teamwork, and leadership.
SCS has some opportunities for youth sports throughout the year, currently offering the following:
We recognize the importance and the great opportunity that the Lord has given us as coaches to impact and influence the lives of young people for Him. Our coaches seek to be intentional in building relationships with our student athletes, so that we can continue to disciple our young men and women.
SCS has some opportunities for youth sports throughout the year, currently offering the following:

Rec football for 8U, 10U, and 12U (SCS students and community kids)

Rec cheer 8U, 10U, and 12U (SCS students and community kids)

Junior league basketball which competes in the CMSC (Carolina Middle School Conference). We offer a 5th-6th grade team for girls and a 5th-6th grade team for boys.

Futsal on Saturdays throughout the school year for kids ages 9 to 14.
Interested in supporting Sabre Athletics?
Over the years, many people have supported our student athletes by becoming members of the Athletic Association. In addition to the hard work of our student athletes and coaches, the support of the Athletic Association made it possible for 90% of our varsity teams to qualify for post-season play every year.
