Lady Sabres Claim Huge Victory at Carolina Springs
The Lady Sabres picked up a monumental victory against Riverside High School at Carolina Springs Golf Course, delivering their best performance of the season. Surrounded by an entourage of supportive parents and family along the quiet greens, our golfers showcased exceptional focus and skill to secure a season-low team score of 177. A special congratulations goes out to Hadleigh Hoyle, who earned Low Medalist honors with an extraordinary score of 39.
Seussical Kids Take the Stage
The magic of Dr. Seuss is coming to life as our young performers prepare to present Seussical Kids, a vibrant production that is sure to delight the entire SCS family. Showcasing world-class costume design, impressive lighting, and dazzling staging, this musical drama brings beloved storybook characters to the stage while celebrating the boundless imagination of our elementary students. The production kicks off for the elementary school on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m., with public showtimes on Thursday and Friday at 6:00 p.m., and Saturday performances at 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Repentance, Recovery, & Relationships with Chris Justus
Inside the classroom of Mr. Chris Justus, middle and high school students are engaging in critical conversations surrounding modern decision-making, digital footprint, and online reputation. By exploring real-life scenarios involving peer pressure, temptation, and societal influences, students learn the crucial skill of evaluating when and how to respond responsibly. Rooted in Proverbs 22:6, this core curriculum aims to build a strong foundation of accountability, helping our young people understand what it truly means to lead with integrity, choose wise role models, and take ownership of their paths.
