Annie Jr. at the Sabre Playhouse tickets will be on sale Monday, April 20th!

The sun will come out at the Sabre Playhouse as our talented performers bring the beloved Broadway classic Annie Jr. to life! Follow the story of Annie, a brave and optimistic orphan who never gives up hope that tomorrow will be brighter. Along the way, she encounters colorful characters, finds unexpected friendships, and reminds everyone that even in the toughest times, hope and kindness can change the world.

This production is especially exciting because it marks Sabre Playhouse’s first-ever middle school-only theatrical production, giving our middle school performers the spotlight as they take the stage to share this classic story. Filled with iconic songs like “Tomorrow,” “Hard Knock Life,” and “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile,” this joyful production is packed with heart, humor, and plenty of Broadway sparkle

The fine arts program provides students the opportunity to immerse themselves in their creative avenue of choice, with opportunities in theatre, band, string orchestra, vocal music, visual art, and handbells.
At SCS, we believe the arts are an essential element of a well-rounded education, and we value this creative development in our students. Because the arts utilize all areas of the brain and accommodate a variety of learning styles, all students can build beneficial skills including development of abstract thinking, diligence, cooperation, patience, discernment and social skills. Fine Arts skills are lifetime skills.

Through Fine Arts, our students are encouraged to express their God-given creativity and gifts. We believe God has given each student specific abilities to utilize in fulfilling His purpose, and as Christian educators, we have the privilege of guiding our students in discovering and developing their unique talents.

Our hope is that the Fine Arts will open the imagination of our students, speak to their soul, and encourage their curiosity, wonderment, and awe as they learn to reflect the image of God and honor Him with their gifts.
