JTerm is a one-week intensive and experiential learning program in January and June that challenges our high school students to take their classroom learning to the next level. Students are encouraged to choose the experience that fits their overall goals and aspirations for the future. The purpose of JTerm is to make an impact on the student’s life and the kingdom of God.
Students have an opportunity each year to participate in domestic and international trips, unique classroom experiences, and internships. We require our students to participate in some form of JTerm.
Examples of JTerm include participating in a one-week class on gardening and photography or fundamentals of football, ministering to our sister school in the Dominican Republic, scuba diving in the Florida Keys, experiencing the Youth Education Series at Disneyworld, serving others affected by natural disasters, or taking part in an internship at a local or national organization.
