New Creative Addition

Students are embracing their new cutting edge, custom designed art studio. The “Swain Art Studio,” is named in honor of David and Mary Swain, whose passion and fiscal generosity fueled this inspirational space. Skills are being learned, memories and masterpieces are being made, and students are experiencing the joy of God through art. pictured right: David and Mary Swain with Dr. Stephen Reel at the art studio christening.

Varsity Academic Quiz Team Claim Grand Championship >>full story

Southside Christian School's Varsity Academic Quiz Team claimed the grand championship at the 20th Annual USC Challenge Academic Bowl. Competing against 24 teams representing 18 schools from across the state in A through AAAA divisions, the Sabres were undefeated in all 10 rounds of competition, scoring a total of 1,410 points.
