Our world needs the hope of Christ shown and shared by culturally engaged citizens. The need for a school at the intersection of biblical truth and academic merit is clear.  This is our task at SCS – supporting parents to equip students in fulfilling God’s calling and purpose for their lives. Parents partner with us to build students who have the academic preparation that propels them to the greatest opportunities in their field, who have also been transformed spiritually

Because our mission compels us, we strive each year to reach more and more students with a Biblical, excellent education. This requires constant growth in every program and department of SCS. This growth happens outside the scope of our operational financial plan. Donations given to Southside Christian School allow us to make additional improvements that allow us to excel still further.

We are diligent to maximize 100% of each donation to SCS in areas that are:

  1. Tied to our 2020 Strategic Plan: Excel Still Further
  2. To the benefit of the entire school community
  3. Born out of the ideas and needs of our staff
  4. Enhance our mission of providing Biblical, excellent education
  5. Help us go from Excellent to Extraordinary

The primary pathway of funding this growth is The Fund for SCS. Each year we set goals of what we hope to accomplish as God provides. For a detailed list of this year’s initiatives click here.
