ORIENTATION AND THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Orientation and registration for current and new families will be Tuesday, August 13. The first day of school will be Thursday, August 15. Early Education will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., Elementary School will dismiss at 12 p.m., and Middle and High School will dismiss at 12:30 p.m.
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL DEVICES
All High School students must bring their device to orientation to be set up for the updated wireless network. The student should be the one to bring the device through the line. High School students may choose to avoid the long device set up lines at orientation by coming on Monday, August 12 during 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or 1-4 p.m. in room 2110 to have their device set up. Students who choose to come during this time on August 12 will be rewarded with a comfy day pass.
Middle School students are not required to bring their devices to orientation. Middle School students will have devices set up after school begins during their study hall classes the first weeks of school as follows: 8th grade on August 19 and 20, 7th grade on August 21 and 22, and 6th grade on August 26 and 27. The students are not required to bring their device to school until those set up dates. Middle School students need to pick up a copy of the technology checkoff sheet at the technology table during orientation.
