Anna DeVault teaches Anatomy and Physiology, Environmental Science and 8^th grade science at Southside Christian School. She has almost 15 years teaching experience in public and Christian schools.

Mrs. DeVault graduated from the University of South Carolina in Nursing and Health Education-1978, MSN-1984, and is a Certified Critical Care Nurse Clinician (CCRN). Mrs. DeVault is ACSI certified and has been named to Who’s Who Among American Teachers.

Mrs. DeVault is married to Dr. Bill DeVault and they have two children, Jonathan, a student at Greenville Tech, and a daughter, Elizabeth, a junior  attending Erskine College.

Her hobbies/interests include theatre, music, reading, antique shopping, and browsing at Barnes and Nobel or Lowes. Mrs. DeVault is also very active in community theatre, directing 1-2 shows a year (especially Shakespeare), an activity she enjoys with her daughter. She attends Community Bible Church in Easley.

Mrs. DeVault’s favorite Bible verse comes from Philippians 3:12

“… that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and may share His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, that by any means possible… because Christ Jesus has made me his own.
