 Gwen Bozeman
Gwen Bozeman teaches in the Academic Resource Center.
Mrs. Bozeman has a B.S. degree and a Master’s degree, both in Speech/Language Pathology from Appalachian State University in NC. She has had additional training in Wilson Reading, Orton-Gillingham Approach, Search and Teach, and NILD Level One and Level Two. Her past teaching experience has been five years with Greenville County Schools, and she home schooled her children for fourteen years before joining the faculty at SCS in the fall of 2007.
Mrs. Bozeman and her husband Tom have three children – Emily, a graduate of SCS and now a junior at the University of South Carolina; Bryan, twelfth grade at SCS; and Marshall, ninth grade at SCS. Her church home is Grace Church, Pelham Road.
She enjoys walking, snow skiing, reading, attending Appalachian State football games and spending time with her family. She likes eating at the restaurant Mimi’s Café and shopping at Eddie Bauer.
Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 139.
