Vicki Wells teaches three-year-olds at Southside Christian School.  Mrs. Wells has been teaching at SCS for fourteen years, twelve of which have been devoted to the three-year-old program. She has previous teaching experience at several preschools in the Upstate and Southeast.

Mrs. Wells received a certificate from Bob Jones University, a Child Development Credential from Greenville County and Certificate in Public Service in Early Childhood Development.  She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in early childhood development at Greenville Technical College and was named Who's Who Among American Teachers for 2005, 2006, and 2007.

Mrs. Wells and her husband, Doug, are proud parents of Grace, Douglas, and Christina.  Mrs. Wells loves working with children and has volunteered many hours in teaching five-day clubs for Child Evangelism Fellowship, being a counselor at summer camp, teaching Sunday school, teaching children's church and children's music, and leading Patch the Pirate Clubs.  She enjoys eating at Outback and Buck’s and shopping at J.C. Penney or Belk’s.  She and her family attend Southside Fellowship.

Mrs. Wells’ favorite verses are Psalm 46:1-2:  “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.”
