Meet the Early Education Principal

From the Principal

God has blessed me with the privilege of working with young children and their families through His call to serve Him in Early Childhood Education. Each day presents opportunities to partner with parents as they seek to provide their children with education from a biblical worldview. This partnership yields priceless and eternal dividends as we see God's purposes unfold in these precious young lives.

At SCS, we want to prepare our young students to one day become disciples of Jesus Christ whose lives honor and please Him as evidenced by every kind of good fruit as they grow in the knowledge of God. (Colossians 1:10, Matthew 28:19, John 15:8) Our Christian teachers and assistants model Jesus Christ each day in the classroom. Many teachable moments help our children develop an understanding of who God is. Coupled with developing spiritual maturity over time, we incorporate into the curriculum the opportunity for students to learn to think critically, to develop a curiosity and passion for learning, and to develop skills for getting along with others.

As parents of young children, your role in growing and nurturing them will be the greatest single variable in their development. We want to partner with you to assure that readiness for learning, brain development, and spiritual foundations are daily being established. May God give you wisdom in raising and educating your child(ren), and may He richly bless your family as you seek to serve Him. "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul?" Matthew 16:25-2
