Lower School Physical Education Teacher, Full-Time, 2017-2018 school year, (beginning in January)
Lower School physical education teacher needed for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year.   Qualified applicants must have appropriate teaching degree and experience with biblical integration in physical education.  A strong record of quality instruction and classroom management is required.  The ideal applicant will demonstrate a strong desire to work collaboratively with the Lower School team to develop cross-curricular lesson plans that are standards-based and must be able to obtain ACSI teacher certification in teaching physical education.  Experience working with elementary students in reading intervention strategies is also preferred.  Interested applicants should submit résumé, application, transcripts, and teaching certificate to Kristin McDowell.

Sabre KidsTime,  after school care,  Part-time
The ideal candidate will enjoy spending time with children and have a good understanding of child development and safety guidelines.  Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of a high school diploma. It is also critical to possess excellent skills in managing a group of children, the ability to use good judgment in making decisions, and good communication skills. The hours for this position are 2:45-6, Monday through Friday. Interested applicants should submit an application to Kristin McDowell.

Bus Driver – Part-Time 2017-2018 School Year
Qualified applicants must have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A, B, or C with passenger and bus endorsements and no intrastate restrictions. Air brake qualification and South Carolina bus driver certification are highly desirable, but SCS is willing to assist in attaining these qualifications. This is a part-time position with opportunities to drive for field trips and athletic events. Scheduling is flexible and pay will be commensurate with qualifications.
