Ranked 12th among all high school athletic programs in South Carolina by The State newspaper, the Southside Christian School Athletic Department offers our students a broad array of opportunities to participate in competitive sports.  As a member of the South Carolina High School League, SCS fields 19 varsity teams, including cheerleading. Coaches and athletes consistently earn recognition and contend for championships.  The size of the student body at SCS lends itself to a program that is large enough to offer a wide variety of team and individual sports, yet small enough that there is a place for everyone who wants to develop athletically.
