Interview and Acceptance
After all application materials are received (list of required documents), we will review the application. Following a positive application review, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an interview. Interviews will be conducted online or on campus (when possible). After this interview is held, the school will contact the student regarding acceptance.
Within thirty days of acceptance, you will receive an enrollment packet from the school. This packet will include an Acceptance Letter, Tuition Statement, Financial Agreement, I-20 Form and other important documents. The student is responsible for contacting their local U.S. Embassy to schedule a visa interview. The student will also need to pay the U.S. Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) I-901 fee online at www.ice.gov/sevis/i901.
Also within thirty days of acceptance, the student’s family must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit of $4,000.
